Alan Ho --- General Manager   
Alan Ho graduated at the Manchester University with a bachelor degree in economics and the Peking University with a master degree in philosophy.  Before holding the general manager position of THCG, he was managing director of Camco International Limited in China and is well experienced in carbon assets advisory and consultancy markets. Alan Ho has held senior positions with Earth Tech, Inc., and the Lafarge Group in China.  He also served Barclays Bank, Hong Kong Government and the Australian Trade Commission and has over 17 years’ renowned records on business development and management in mainland China.

Ge Yao --- Project Development Manager
Ge Yao received his bachelor degree from the Environmental School of Qingdao Technological University and a master degree from Environmental School of Beijing Normal University.  During the postgraduate study, his majors were GHG emission reduction and related international and domestic policies; as well as technologies of GHG emissions reduction.  He has participated in CDM project development since 2006 and is proficient in PDD compilation and development process of CDM projects.  Ge Yao likewise works on VER markets and development of VER projects in China.  

Lily Wang --- Assistant Manager, Project Development
Lily Wang graduated with a bachelor degree in environmental engineering with Sichuan Agricultural University and hold a master degree in environmental engineering at Jiangsu Industry University.  She worked at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences when she specialized in environmental pollution and control research and has conducted several major work on atmospheric studies. Lily has good experience in conducting research on GHG emissions reduction and CDM’s associated policies as well as various technical aspects of these topics. She is an Assistant Manager on project development, marketing and research.
